OVERVIEW
PRIVATE LESSONS:
All private lesson memberships are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your lessons, you may cancel your membership with a 30-day written notice, but will not be reimbursed for unused lessons.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
All digital products are exempt from being returned.
GROUP CLASSES OR LESSONS:
We do not offer full refunds for group classes or camps because space is very limited. If you cannot attend you may get a 50% refund if you cancel 10 days before the first class begins.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in approximately 5-10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
